Procurement & Inventory Executive

About

NAVO is a leading ergonomic furniture and workspace solutions company based in the UAE. We are looking for a proactive Procurement & Inventory Executive who can take ownership of our procurement operations and inventory planning, someone who can manage international suppliers, negotiate effectively, plan inventory requirements, identify stock risks before they happen, and continuously improve procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with international suppliers and factories
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and MOQs
  • Coordinate production schedules, shipments, and inbound deliveries
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing requirements
  • Maintain reorder points and prevent stock shortages
  • Identify overstock and slow-moving inventory risks
  • Prepare procurement and inventory reports
  • Continuously improve procurement and inventory processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory planning, supply chain, or purchasing
  • Proven experience working with international suppliers and overseas factories
  • Experience managing imported products and international procurement is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting, lead times, and replenishment cycles
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Within the first few months, you should be able to:

  • Improve visibility and control over inventory levels
  • Reduce stock-outs on fast-moving products
  • Build structured procurement and replenishment plans
  • Strengthen supplier relationships and communication
  • Provide management with clear purchasing recommendations and inventory insights

Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED6,500.00 per month
