Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and dedicated UAE National to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience or knowledge in In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). The ideal candidate will be passionate about reproductive healthcare, committed to providing high-quality patient care, and capable of working in a specialized fertility clinic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized nursing care and support to patients undergoing IVF treatments and fertility procedures.
Assist physicians and embryologists during oocyte retrievals, embryo transfers, and other fertility-related procedures.
Monitor and assess patients’ conditions pre- and post-procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Educate and counsel patients on IVF protocols, medication administration, and treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, embryologists, and lab staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
Qualifications:
UAE National (Emirati)
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
Valid UAE Registered Nurse License from the Ministry of Health (MOH) or evaluation letter
IVF knowledge or previous experience in a fertility clinic is highly preferred
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with attention to detail
Willing to be assigned in Sharjah and able to relocate or commute as required
