Manage the procurement process for EPC Contracting company’s materials and equipment.
Develop and implement effective procurement strategies that align with project goals.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to determine material requirements for ongoing projects.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as needed to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Ensure compliance with Clients requirements, company policies, quality standards, and relevant regulations during the procurement process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry; experience with MEP materials is essential.
Proven track record of successful negotiations with suppliers.
Strong understanding of construction processes related to MEP systems.
Excellent analytical skills combined with attention to detail for data analysis/reporting purposes.
Proficient in procurement software tools as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Strong communication skills (both verbal & written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
