Position's Main Objective: To function as a member of a multi-discipline project team to deliver design packages and technical work on assigned projects. The candidate will be part of an initiative to expand the existing project portfolio to include new technologies, encompassing a variety of market sectors.
Duty Description:
- Work with different heads of department to monitor inventory levels, assess supply vendors and ensure delivered supplies meet quality standards.
- Ensure interdepartmental communication for improved coordination of productive operations.
- Prepares specifications for instruments, computers, networking equipment, PLCs and associated components.
- Monitor project delivery timelines, check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with Projects/ divisions Managers for updates on delivery timelines.
- Compile, record and report suppliers' performance
- Makes site visits to observe during construction and operation.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 1 – 2 years
