Job Title: Procurement Executive – Joinery & Fit-Out Projects

Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, products, and services required for joinery and fit-out projects.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet project deadlines.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain an updated vendor database.
- Coordinate with project managers and site teams to forecast material requirements.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement records.
- Resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or payment with suppliers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Executive, preferably in the joinery or fit-out industry in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and equipment used in joinery and fit-out projects.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with UAE market suppliers and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience in the joinery or fit-out industry.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
