About the Role
Gevin Oilfield Services LLC is looking for experienced and motivated Procurement and Sales Specialists to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both procurement and sales, preferably within the oil & gas industry, with a proven ability to source products, manage suppliers, develop customer relationships, and generate profitable business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers to obtain competitive prices and favorable commercial terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop business with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and submit commercial quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market prices, products, and industry trends.
- Achieve procurement savings and sales/profit targets.
- Maintain accurate procurement and sales records and documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Procurement and Sales, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is highly preferred; candidates with Construction industry experience will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, supplier negotiation, and commercial sales.
- Good understanding of industrial products, equipment, and materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on profitability.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within less than 1 month are preferred.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of AED 7,000–9,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
- 1%–3% profit-based bonus.
