Job Purpose
Perform data extraction, analysis and reviews to support Procurement planning and execution to make required business decisions.
Essential Duties
Perform data extraction, analysis and reviews to support Procurement planning and execution to make required business decisions
Ability to interpret procurement data, identify key advancement opportunities based on the information
Analyse the data from various sources and channels to generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports base on various business purpose
Manage and maintain the procurement data to ensure its accuracy and effectiveness
Coordinate and participate in the development of different procurement financial administration support
Supervise monthly procurement data gathering and distribution to various stakeholders/leads
Gather market and competitors’ data, formulate reports and analysis and share with stakeholders in a sustainable manner
Analyse data to evaluate procurement, vendor, related program result and effectiveness with recommendations
Develop effective / efficient ways to standardize data collection and filing procedures
Education
Bachelor’s degree or above
Experience
3 years of working experience with strong data collection, analysis, reporting and quantitative background
Skills / Knowledge
Knowledge of using MMS Procurement System is an advantage
Strong PC skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
High level of integrity, ability to excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Able to work independently with little supervision
Good communication and interpersonal skills
