Position: Process Re-engineering Consultant (3 – 6 month contract)
We are seeking a Process Re-engineering Consultant to optimize workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and implement industry best practices across multiple business units.
3-6 Month Contract (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities
Process Documentation & Analysis
Develop and document detailed As-Is process maps across all departments.
Conduct interviews, observations, and data analysis to identify inefficiencies.
Benchmark existing processes against industry best practices.
Process Redesign & Implementation
Define To-Be processes with enhanced efficiency and innovation.
Utilize process modeling tools (Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart, etc.).
Ensure compliance with strategic objectives and the authority matrix.
Stakeholder Engagement & Workshops
Collaborate with department leads to align business needs and expectations.
Facilitate workshops for process improvement initiatives.
Foster cross-functional collaboration for smooth implementation.
Training & Knowledge Transfer
Educate teams on process mapping methodologies.
Provide guidance on process documentation and usage.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in process re-engineering or business process management.
Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar methodologies.
Ability to analyze complex workflows and propose improvements.
Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
Deliverables
Comprehensive documentation of As-Is and To-Be processes.
Gap analysis reports identifying inefficiencies and proposed improvements.
Finalized process re-engineering framework tailored to the organization.
Project report with long-term recommendations.
