- Responsibilities:Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production of sauces and condiments, ensuring that all equipment functions correctly and safely to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the production process, using analytical tools to assess product consistency and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve any production issues, implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate production records and logs, documenting all operational activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing knowledge of processes and safety protocols to promote a culture of safety and efficiency.
- Participate in regular maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment, working closely with maintenance personnel to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency in production while also suggesting improvements to enhance productivity.
- Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure that all raw materials are available for production, assisting in stock management to avoid production delays.
