We are looking for a Process & Operational Excellence Manager to lead process optimization initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support digital transformation across a dynamic real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process re-engineering and operational excellence initiatives across the real estate business.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes to improve efficiency, cost, profitability, and customer experience.
- Define future-state ("to-be") business processes and translate business requirements into system requirements.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on the selection, implementation, and enhancement of real estate technology platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and performance analytics.
- Support digital transformation projects utilizing SAP ERP, Salesforce CRM, and real estate management platforms.
- Develop executive-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, Data Science, Operations Research, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree (MBA, Engineering, Real Estate, etc.) is an advantage.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience, including significant hands-on experience in real estate operations and process optimization.
