Mission:
Lead process engineering activities related to Upstream Process Technologies, ensuring project requirements are met within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Contribute to the capitalization of project experience to improve work methodologies and ensure continuous technical improvement.
Support corporate agreements with licensors concerning all technical and technological aspects, including updates and training.
Tasks:
Participate in commercial activities (promotion, pre-qualification, bidding) with a consistent approach across initiatives.
Utilize technical know-how and in-house experience to support commercial promotion activities.
Analyze tender documents.
Ensure the drafting of contractual guarantees and liabilities.
Assess the most effective available technology.
Manage innovation projects supporting the CTO as required.
Contribute to defining the detailed project execution strategy.
Provide technological support for project risk assessments.
Coordinate process activities among team members throughout the project.
Support project efforts by identifying changes to the contract scope.
Interface with the client’s technical representatives.
Participate in multidisciplinary project reviews.
Manage various interfaces effectively.
Keep the Technical and Project Managers informed of any technical, financial, or schedule risks.
Participate in performance tests and prepare acceptance test reports.
Feed into Saipem’s continuous improvement system.
Where applicable:
Support defining licensing contract bases.
Negotiate terms for the deliverable list and delivery schedule of the Process Design Package.
Assist in defining license conditions by company management.
Participate in preparing licensing and engineering agreements.
Define performance guarantees to be endorsed by the Technology Manager.
