We are currently supporting a leading EPC contractor in Saudi Arabia in their search for an experienced Process Engineer to join a flagship mission‑critical project in Riyadh.
This is a long‑term opportunity on a major development with an anticipated project duration of approximately 2.5 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and optimise process designs throughout all project phases
- Prepare and review process calculations, PFDs, P&IDs, process specifications, and technical reports
- Ensure process designs comply with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Support multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with design, construction, commissioning, and operations stakeholders
- Participate in HAZOP, HAZID, risk assessments, and process safety reviews
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost optimisation
- Provide technical support during procurement, construction, commissioning, and start‑up activities
- Resolve process engineering issues and support troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Strong EPC project experience within complex, large‑scale development
- Previous experience on mission‑critical projects is highly desirable, including Data Centres, Semiconductor, Pharmaceutical, or Biopharmaceutical facilitie
- Candidates with significant Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG, or Industrial EPC experience will also be considere
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles, process safety, and engineering standard s.
- Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams within an EPC environmen t.
- Previous Middle East project experience would be advantageou s.
