We are looking for a Process Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, and process optimization, preferably within the banking sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in process mapping, SOP development, and KPI monitoring
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow Belt is an advantage)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Arabic Speaker is a plus
