Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the polymers industry to optimize manufacturing processes, improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and monitor production processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Investigate process issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports and provide engineering support for new projects and process modifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the polymers industry.
- Strong knowledge of polymer manufacturing processes and process optimization techniques.
- Experience with process analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and engineering software is preferred.
