Carry out process engineering work on the assigned project under the supervision of the Lead Process Engineer on the assigned project.
Qualifications
- Preferably with offshore wellhead /process platform experience
- Knowledge of process engineering design and understanding of process documents (process descriptions, process data sheets, PFD, P&)
- Experience with process simulation using HYSYS/UNI-SIM and flare load calculation using Aspen FLARENET
Responsibilities
- Become fully familiar with scope of work. Monitor changes to scope and raise change notifications.
- Liaise with PMT and other Discipline Engineers on the project as directed by the Lead Engineer.
- Responsible for preparation/checking of key deliverables, applicable as per the Project scope:
- Process simulations / heat and material balance.
- Operating philosophy and operating manual.
- Equipment and instrument process datasheets.
- Flare radiation and dispersion calculations.
- Depressurization and flare network study.
- Maintain an efficient filing system for easy retrieval of documents in close co‑ordination with the Lead Process Engineer.
- Assist the Lead Process Engineer in IDC.
- Liaise with drafting for drawing development.
