Job summary
The Process Counsellor – Admissions Partnerships will manage the end-to-end admissions process for students applying to partner universities. The role involves reviewing student profiles, coordinating applications, guiding students through offers and visa processes, and ensuring a smooth and structured admission journey. The candidate must demonstrate strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
Key responsibilities
Review student documents and prepare university shortlists in coordination with the Operations Head.
Manage the complete application process, ensuring accuracy, approvals, and timely submissions.
Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
Track application progress and follow up with universities for decisions and outcomes.
Communicate application updates clearly to students and guide them on next steps, including offer acceptance, fee deposits, accommodation, and visa requirements.
Assist with visa documentation and ensure all required documents are verified and complete.
Provide regular updates to the Operations Head regarding application status and student progress.
Request and manage student feedback and Google reviews post-admission.

2–4 years of experience in higher education admissions, student counseling, or process coordination.
Familiarity with university admissions cycles and international visa processes.
