Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent/Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the local market. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional customer service and expert advice.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
Property Listings: Prepare, list, and market properties effectively using various platforms and techniques.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on property values, market trends, and neighborhood developments.
Showings and Open Houses: Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses for potential buyers and tenants.
Negotiation: Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented.
Documentation: Assist clients with the preparation and review of necessary documentation and contracts.
Networking: Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers and inspectors, to provide comprehensive service to clients.
Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and advice to clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Dubai.
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
Proficient in using real estate software and tools.
A valid real estate license in Dubai is preferred.
