Position: PRO cum Legal Advisor

Job Description:

Serve as the main liaison between the company and government entities, including immigration, labor departments, and other regulatory bodies.  Manage the acquisition and processing of all necessary approvals and legal documents for employee visas, labor cards, residency permits, and business licenses.  Handle all aspects of visa applications, including renewals, cancellations, and amendments for employees.  Ensure timely submission and tracking of all applications related to residency, labor permits, and dependent visas.

Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with relevant labor, immigration, and business licensing laws and regulations.  Stay informed about new government regulations, policies, or procedural changes, and update management accordingly.  Maintain accurate and

up-to-date

records of all employee and company-related government documents.  Prepare, collect, and submit the required documents for visa applications, renewals, permits, licenses, and other related processes.  Ensure that all paperwork is completed, filed, and submitted correctly to the relevant government departments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities to ensure smooth processing of documentation.  Communicate any new policies or procedures that may affect business operations to management.  Assist with the onboarding of new employees by managing their visa and work permit applications.  Oversee the company’s trade license, including renewals and amendments.  Address and resolve any issues related to government regulations, penalties, or compliance matters.

Provide solutions for any challenges encountered when dealing with government bodies or documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).  2-3 years of experience in a PRO role, especially with government agencies and departments.  Strong understanding of labor and immigration laws.  Excellent

communication

and interpersonal abilities.  Proficiency with government portals and systems.  Exceptional organizational skills and

attention to detail

.  Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.  Language:

English, Hindi, Arabic (Must)  Local candidates preferred    Job Type:

Full-time  Pay:

AED 5,000 per month
