We are looking for an Arabic Native experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand’s message and engage our audience. You will collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to create impactful design solutions across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute design projects from concept to final deliverables, including digital, print, and multimedia assets.
Create engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
Develop and refine branding, typography, layouts, and visual identities.
Mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and help grow the design team’s skills.
Work closely with the creative director and other stakeholders to brainstorm, iterate, and execute design concepts.
Oversee the design process to ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative design solutions.
Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for both print and digital media.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases a variety of design skills (branding, print, digital, etc.).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Experience with web and mobile design, including an understanding of UI/UX principles.
Ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED11,000.00 per month
