We are looking for a Private Waitress for a VIP family’s palace in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have experience in 4 or 5 star hotels or in a fine-dining restaurant. Prior experience in the middle east will be an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent food and beverage service to family members and guests on normal meal times and palace functions.
- Carry trays with food, drinks and dishes to and from the kitchen as well as serve beverages and other food items when required
- Ensure efficient and effective operations at all times to the complete satisfactions of client and guests and company standards and expectations
- Introduce food items in the menu when asked by the guest
- Assist in preparing food items when required by the kitchen staff
- Clear tables and ensure that the dining area is clean at all times
- Assist the palace team in other tasks when required
