We’re Hiring: Junior Content Creator

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for real estate?
Neo Realty Dubai is looking for a Junior Content Creator with at least 2 years of experience in a Real Estate Company to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging content across platforms (Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts)
Develop scripts, captions, and blog-style content with strong brand messaging
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to bring listings and campaigns to life
Assist in basic shooting, editing, and repurposing content for multi-channel use
Stay on top of trends and suggest fresh content ideas regularly
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of content creation experience in the real estate industry
Strong portfolio of work (Reels, social media posts, campaigns)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube content strategies
Basic graphic design/video editing skills are a plus (Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe, etc.)
A team player who can multitask, meet deadlines, and bring energy to the table
