Senior SEO Specialist (On-Page, Technical, Local SEO)

About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute advanced On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO strategies. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and a deep understanding of SEO tags, structure, and best practices.
This role is open to candidates currently residing in Dubai only, and immediate joining is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth On-Page SEO optimizations including title tags, meta descriptions, header structure, image ALT attributes, internal linking, and keyword strategy.
Handle Technical SEO tasks such as:
Improving site architecture, crawlability, and indexability
Optimizing page speed and mobile performance
Managing structured data and schema markup
Creating and maintaining XML sitemaps and robots.txt
Implement and monitor Local SEO strategies:
Optimize Google Business Profile (Google My Business)
Manage local citations and listings
Ensure NAP consistency across platforms
Conduct regular website SEO audits and present actionable insights
Collaborate with developers and designers to implement SEO best practices
Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and SEO KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 4–5 years of proven experience in SEO with a strong portfolio of results
Deep expertise in On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Local SEO
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and common SEO-related HTML tags (e.g., meta, title, canonical, robots, etc.)
Strong knowledge of SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify
Basic knowledge of JavaScript (a plus)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Additional Requirements:
Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE
Immediate joining is required
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
