Backed by significant long-term institutional capital, the firm invests across geographies and sectors, partnering with high-quality businesses and management teams to generate sustainable long-term value.
As the platform continues to expand, the team is seeking to appoint an Investment Associate to support its growing private equity investment activities. The Investment Associate will work alongside senior investment professionals across all stages of the investment lifecycle. The role offers broad exposure to evaluating, executing and managing investments across a sector-agnostic mandates.
Key responsibilities
- Support the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, including financial analysis, valuation and commercial assessment.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess investment returns, capital structures and sensitivity scenarios.
- Prepare investment committee materials, internal memoranda and presentations to support investment recommendations.
- Conduct industry, market and company research to identify investment opportunities and support thematic investment initiatives.
- Coordinate commercial, financial, legal and operational due diligence processes alongside external advisors and counterparties.
- Support transaction structuring, negotiations and execution across domestic and international investments.
- Monitor portfolio company performance, analyse financial and operational results, and contribute to value creation initiatives.
- Work closely with portfolio company management teams on strategic projects, acquisitions, financing activities and business planning.
- Support portfolio monitoring, reporting and broader strategic initiatives across the investment platform.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience within top tier investment banks or PE funds.
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and accounting skills.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to evaluate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.
- Demonstrated interest in private equity investing and building long-term partnerships with businesses and management teams.
- Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi and work within a globally focused investment platform.
