Estimation & Pricing

Lead the estimation process for new projects and after-sales inquiries, ensuring accurate pricing.
Develop and maintain pricing models, cost sheets, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
Analyze cost variations and update pricing structures accordingly.
Prepare budget files and revenue trackers for cost estimation and financial planning.

Tender Management & Procurement

Manage the tendering process, including communication, documentation, and submissions.
Identify and engage suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and negotiations for estimation.
Conduct pre-tender supplier evaluations and assess market pricing trends.
Oversee pre-sales shipping coordination and cost estimation for logistics.
Ensure compliance with tender requirements and maintain documentation for audits.

Supplier Engagement & Cost Optimization

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Implement cost optimization strategies by negotiating favorable terms.
Update suppliers on a monthly basis regarding ongoing projects and potential leads.

Sales Documentation & Templates Development

Develop and maintain commercial proposals, BOQs, cost sheets, and sales trackers.
Create standardized templates and SOPs for pricing, quotations, and sales documentation.
Ensure all cost estimation and sales-related documents are structured for efficiency and accuracy.

Reporting & Coordination

Generate reports on cost estimation, pricing updates, and project status.
Maintain an organized database of sales records, tenders, and supplier communications.
Update the sales team regularly on pricing variations and market trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

estimation and pricing within the construction industry: 3 years (Required)
worked with BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost sheets: 3 years (Required)
Excel, SAP, AutoCAD, Estimation Software: 3 years (Required)
