We are looking for a professional and experienced Private Chef to join our luxury real estate office. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating high-quality meals, maintaining exceptional presentation standards, and independently managing all kitchen operations. This role involves preparing food for VIP clients, business meetings, and special events while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality meals, snacks, and refreshments for VIP guests and management.
- Plan and create Tapas menus and a variety of international cuisine.
- Independently manage all kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory, purchasing, and cleanliness.
- Maintain exceptional food presentation and plating standards.
- Ensure the kitchen complies with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage stock levels and order fresh ingredients when required.
- Keep the kitchen organized, clean, and fully operational at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years of UAE experience as a Chef.
- Proven experience preparing Tapas and international cuisine.
- Excellent food presentation and plating skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the entire kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
- Candidates must have their own valid UAE visa.
