We are seeking an experienced, professional, and highly skilled Private Chef to join a large private household in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality daily meals for the family and guests while maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, presentation, and kitchen organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh, high-quality meals for the household on a daily basis.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Indian, Emirati/UAE local, Arabic, and Italian cuisines.
- Plan varied and balanced menus according to family preferences and dietary requirements.
- Prepare meals for family gatherings, guests, and special occasions when required.
- Source, manage, and monitor kitchen ingredients and maintain inventory.
- Ensure the kitchen remains clean, organized, and compliant with high hygiene standards.
- Present dishes to an excellent standard with attention to detail.
- Coordinate effectively with household staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adapt menus and cooking styles based on instructions and household preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum several years of proven experience as a Private Chef in private households.
- Strong practical knowledge and ability to independently prepare Indian, Emirati/UAE local, Arabic, and Italian cuisine to a high standard.
- Experience serving families in high-standard or luxury household environments.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, kitchen safety, and food storage.
- Ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Organized, flexible, and capable of managing multiple meal requirements.
- Good communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large private residences or VIP households.
- Culinary training or professional hospitality background is an advantage.
- Experience creating healthy, family-style, and guest dining menus.

Competitive monthly salary will be negotiated and is subject to increase upon completing probation.
