Job Title: Private Chef – VIP Family

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Private Chef to join a prestigious VIP family in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing high-quality, healthy meals with exceptional presentation while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, discretion, and professionalism. Experience working in private households or luxury hospitality is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the family and guests.
- Plan nutritious and well-balanced weekly menus.
- Cook a variety of cuisines including Arabic, Mediterranean, Indian, Continental, Italian, and BBQ.
- Accommodate special dietary requirements and food allergies.
- Maintain exceptional food presentation and quality standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, grocery shopping, and food storage.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with household staff to ensure smooth meal service.
- Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism while working in a private residence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Private Chef, Executive Chef, or Household Chef.
- Strong knowledge of Arabic and international cuisines.
- Experience in VIP households, royal families, UHNW residences, or luxury hotels is preferred.
- Excellent menu planning and food presentation skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently with flexibility.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
