Customer Service Agent
Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. This position will involve assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services in a friendly and professional manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with product-related questions, account issues, and complaints.
Provide solutions to customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve services.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Meet or exceed performance goals and KPIs related to customer satisfaction and response time.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with professionalism.
Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude toward customers.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
Strong multitasking abilities and organisational skills.
You’re bilingual to speak both English and Hindi.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
