Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Production Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, artwork finalization, and hands-on experience in operating printing machines. Experience with UV, DTF, and laser marking machines will be an added advantage. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customized products.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and finalize artwork for gifts and giveaway items using graphic design softwares
Operate and maintain printing machines, including DTF printers, UV printers, and laser engraving machines, ensuring high-quality output.
Collaborate with clients and team members to understand customization requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
Ensure all production deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to printing and engraving equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring equipment is in good working condition.
Requirements:
Proven experience in graphic design and artwork finalization.
Hands-on experience operating printing machines (e.g., DTF, UV, laser engraving).
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW).
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management skills to meet production deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the gifts and promotional products industry.
Knowledge of different materials and their compatibility with printing and engraving techniques.
