An Interior Fitout Company in Dubai with over 33 years of experience. Providing design and turnkey interior fit-out contracting services for retail, restaurant, offices, hotels, homes, and more.
During this challenging journey of evolution, we have completed several interior fit-out projects covering all aspects of design and construction from start to finish. We’ve our production facility located in Al Qusais, Dubai which multiplies our capabilities to serve clients with premium quality outcomes.
About the Role
What You’ll Do
You’II work independently to prepare BOQ based upon design or shop drawings.
You must be very efficient in CAD Drafting, Quantities taking off at site as required..
You’II prepare tender submissions and take offs.
You’IIl coordinate with the Sales Team & Projects Team.
You’II calculate the cost of materials and prepare budgets.
You’II coordinate with the team for the clarification and site execution.
You’II prepare progress claims, variations, omission reports.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 5 years UAE based quantity surveyor experience in interior fit out industry.
5 years working proficiency with CAD.
Reliably commute or plan to relocate to Dubai before starting work.
