Position: PRINCIPAL PETROLEUM ENGINEER (WI)
Provide expert advice to Well Integrity to resolve well integrity problems for both Active and P&A wells in the Offshore fields. Conduct relevant studies related to well integrity and support the design review for the new wells. Recommend barrier isolation requirements for wells planned for abandonment. Search and evaluateinnovativetechnology to improve Well Integrity diagnostic and repair techniques.
Qualifications:
BSc. Petroleum Engineering, preferably MSc. Petroleum Engineering.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 20+ years work experience as a Petroleum Engineer in the oil and gas upstream industry.
Petroleum Engineering expertise including drilling, well completion, workover, and well integrity studies and review of large and mature oil and gas fields.
Knowledge of HAZOP techniques to identify and mitigate well integrity risks and experience facilitatingrisk assessmentworkshops.
Hands-on experienceof Well Integrity Management Software (WIMS).
Must be familiar with ISO, API, and NORSOK International Standards related to Well Integrity Management.
Experience with interpretation of cased hole diagnostic logs.
