Job Responsibilities
Handle all internal transfer requests and ensure they comply with all the conditions as required. Review and prepare
promotion
requests and raise them to central
promotion
committee for final decision. Prepare, review and amend job descriptions as per department’s request or as required according to the organizational structure. Perform job evaluation to all DHA’s jobs as per the standards and raise them to DGHR platform within the expected time.
Create functional structures that identify all the roles performed and needed by a business unit and indicate the roles
career progression
. Keep track of all job titles used in DHA and update as required to be able to provide periodic data as requested by management. Create a comprehensive plan that includes identifying key roles and potential successors to create an effective
succession planning
method.
