Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team, focusing on the secondary market for real estate. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with property buyers, sellers, and investors looking to buy or sell properties in the resale market. You will help generate leads, provide relevant property information, and assist in facilitating transactions between clients.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the secondary real estate market, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Reach out to property owners looking to sell, buyers looking for resale properties, and potential investors in the secondary real estate market.
Property Consultation: Understand clients’ needs and offer suitable options from the secondary market inventory (resale properties).
Market Knowledge: Stay updated on trends in the secondary market, including property valuations, trends in demand, and pricing.
Cold Calling & Follow-ups: Call leads to introduce available resale properties and follow up on previous calls to convert prospects into clients.
Scheduling Appointments: Arrange property viewing appointments for potential buyers and meetings for sellers with the sales team.
Documentation Support: Assist clients with paperwork and documentation required for resale transactions, ensuring compliance and smooth transactions.
Negotiation Assistance: Help in the negotiation process between buyers and sellers, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the transaction.
Database Management: Keep the CRM system updated with new property listings, client details, and transaction status.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service in real estate, particularly in the secondary market (resale properties).
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of the secondary real estate market, including property types, pricing, and trends.
Ability to handle objections, manage rejections, and convert leads into sales.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to client engagement.
Desirable Skills:
Previous experience working in the resale (secondary) real estate market is preferred.
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
Strong negotiation skills to assist clients in closing deals.
