Job Description:
We are seeking a Freelance Visa creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and managing our online presence to engage with potential clients and enhance our brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce a range of digital assets including social media graphics, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials that align with our brand’s vision.
Develop a social media strategy to increase our online presence, audience engagement, and lead generation across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Manage and update social media content calendars regularly with fresh and engaging content.
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, and design and implement these practices into your strategy.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create promotional concepts.
Measure and report on the performance of social media campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
Photograph interiors and exteriors of properties for social media content when required.
Work with external agencies or photographers/videographers as necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.
Excellent understanding of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers.
Strong skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Photography skills and proficiency in photo editing.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
Creative and open to new ideas.
Real estate experience is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
