What will I be doing?
Devise procedures to inspect and report quality issues for the tower, podium, meeting rooms, and public areas.
Monitor all operations affecting quality and advise on effective solutions and procedures to enhance standards.
Supervise and guide the team for better usage of FFE and assets; conduct training if needed.
Ensure the reliability and consistency of maintenance by checking processes and final outputs.
Report all malfunctions to the engineering team, contractors, or owners to ensure immediate action.
Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data from BMS and automation systems.
Review current standards and policies of WAL and ensure their implementation across all aspects.
Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.
Provide method statements for executing maintenance-related activities.
Ensure all legal standards are met for new projects, modifications, and daily operations.
Communicate with external third parties if needed to certify critical systems.
Perform daily on-site inspections and provide reports to DOE.

BSc/BA in a relevant field.
