We are seeking a Presales Engineer with a strong IT background to support our crisis management solutions. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, designing tailored IT solutions, and preparing technical proposals. You will conduct product demonstrations, manage proofs of concept, and stay informed on industry trends.
Key Requirements:
Strong IT background (preferably in crisis management or security)
3-5 years of presales experience
Fluent in Arabic and English
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Relevant IT certifications preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED15,000.00 per month
