We are seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer (IT/ELV) to join our team, responsible for providing technical expertise, solution design, and pre-sales support for IT and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems. The role involves understanding client requirements, preparing technical proposals, conducting site surveys, and assisting the sales team with product presentations and demonstrations. The ideal candidate should have 1-4 years of experience in pre-sales or a similar role, with strong knowledge of IT networking, CCTV, access control, AV, BMS, and other ELV solutions. They will collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless solution implementation while staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and technical documentation is essential, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related field is required.
