Position: Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer – AI .
We are seeking a Solutions Engineer – Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SE (AI), you will drive the adoption of our AI solutions across various industries. You will identify potential clients, understand their specific needs, and provide tailored AI solutions that enhance their business operations. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies and experience relaying technical concepts to a diverse audience.

The Cloud + AI Infrastructure team delivers a scalable strategy with local execution for data center customer transformation and growth. We are the worldwide go-to-market compute and data center networking engine, gathering market transitions and enabling sellers to expand growth for customers and Cisco.
Who You Are
You will build awareness, foster education, and drive energy for AI with internal and external team members, partners, etc. You will act as a link between technical teams, account teams, executives, partners, and customers. You will showcase AI solutions/products, their potential, and promote their tactical and technical responsibilities. You will play an important role in designing, developing, and promoting AI solutions and addressing challenges.
Travel may be required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Minimum Qualifications :
6+ years of technical presales experience selling compute, storage, and network solutions.
Proficiency in Python (must), MySQL, Github, Git, GO, ETL, OLAP, RDBMS, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, IBM Cloud.
Experience with databases like Oracle, Postgre
SQL, MySQL, Mongo
DB, Cassandra, Redis, Snowflake, Big Query.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver engaging workshops on AI topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to produce detailed, understandable documentation for deployment methodologies around application acceleration, automation, management efficiencies, enterprise edge, and AI/ML solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
Experience with AI vendors like Nvidia, IBM, Microsoft, Dell, Net App, HPE, etc.
Deep understanding of language models such as GPT-3, BERT, or similar architectures.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker or similar) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for scalable model deployment.
