Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation.
Monitor food preparation and quality standards.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Coordinate with front-of-house staff for smooth service.
Maintain cost control and ensure budget adherence.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Kitchen In-Charge, preferably in a UAE restaurant.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
