We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Your ability to understand customer needs, articulate product value, and deliver solutions will be critical to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Presentations: Conduct tailored product demos and presentations to showcase benefits and address client pain points.
Negotiation & Closing: Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts to meet revenue goals.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Sales Pipeline Management: Track activities and opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Event Participation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline growth).
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 2+ years in sales, with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to travel as needed (if applicable).
