Responsibilities:
– Assist in collecting, reviewing, and organizing applications and supporting documentation from potential vendors or clients.
– Follow standard operating procedures for pre-qualification, helping to ensure all requirements are met and documentation is complete.
– Organize, file, and archive pre-qualification records. Update databases with approved or pending qualification statuses and track progress.
– Collaborate with internal departments such as procurement, engineering, and sales to gather specific requirements and information needed for evaluations.
– Help with initial assessments and evaluations of submissions based on company checklists and guidelines.
– Prepare draft reports or summaries for internal review and provide support and guidance to clients or vendors on the pre-qualification process.
– Verify that all submissions and processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify information.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Familiarity with specific industry requirements (e.g., UAE regulations, oil & gas operations) is often essential.
– Arabic language skills may be a plus in some regions.
