Job description
Charterhouse are working with a leading international law firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Corporate Associate who has experience advising on Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Joint Ventures.
About the role
The work will include advising both regional and international clients on Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Joint Venture transactions.
About you
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be a Senior Associate and have experience managing more junior Corporate Associates. This is a rare opportunity to work in Riyadh as they are open to considering non-Arabic speaking, non-Saudi expats from Australia and the United Kingdom.
