An IT Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for selling IT products and services in a retail showroom. Their main role is to assist customers, provide product knowledge, and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Assistance:
Greet and assist customers in selecting IT products (laptops, desktops, accessories, software, etc.).
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
Provide demonstrations and explain product features.
Product Knowledge & Consultation:
Stay updated on the latest IT products, trends, and specifications.
Guide customers on technical aspects and help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue.
Stock & Inventory Management:
Ensure the showroom has sufficient stock and report shortages.
Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking.
Customer Service & Relationship Building:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
Build relationships with repeat customers to encourage loyalty.
Billing & Payment Processing:
Process transactions using the showroom’s POS system.
Handle cash/card payments and ensure accurate billing.
Showroom Maintenance & Display:
Maintain a clean and organized showroom layout.
Arrange products in an attractive manner to maximize sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of IT products (hardware & software).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of billing and inventory software.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in IT sales or retail is preferred.
Gaming product knowledge is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
