Job Vacancy: Power Plant Team Leader

As per with the below requirement:
- Supervise the daily operation of the facility’s power generation and distribution systems.
- Monitor all power sources, including:
- Diesel Generators (DG)
- SEC Utility Supply
- Solar Energy Systems
- Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure maintenance schedules are executed according to approved plans.
- Monitor equipment condition and recommend improvement actions.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults related to:
- Diesel Generators
- Solar Power Systems and Inverters
- Maintain and support PLC-based control systems across production and utility facilities
- Review and evaluate all projects, plant modifications, and expansion activities that may impact the facility’s electrical loads.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, company procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and supervise power plant technicians and operators.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and maintenance reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or diploma electrical engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical industrial food
