Position: Power BI Developer (Freelance | Remote)
Our client is a specialist AI consultancy looking for a talented Power BI Developer to join the team on a freelance, remote basis. You’ll be working on a high-impact data project for a major construction company in Dubai, delivering world-class dashboards and training end-users to make the most of their data.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards tailored to construction workflows.
Translate business requirements into actionable insights and visuals.
Optimize data models and DAX performance for efficiency and scalability.
Provide training and onboarding for new users, ensuring adoption and self-sufficiency.
Collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
What We’re Looking For:
? At least 4+ years of hands-on Power BI experience (including DAX, Power Query, custom visuals)
? Prior experience in the construction industry (required)
? Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written
? Ability to train and support non-technical users on Power BI
? Self-starter, comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with tools like Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or Primavera
Experience integrating AI/data science models with BI tools
