Opportunity for talented Mechanical Design Engineer to join Consistent Office.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 5-8 years of similar experience (preferably in Consultancy field).
3. Knowledge of international and local codes
4. Working knowledge of REVIT MEP, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
5. Positive mindset and able to groom team.
6. Experience of managing Client and design team.
Job responsibilities of the role:
1. Monitor planning, designing and developing mechanical engineering services like HVAC, Water supply, Drainage, Firefighting, Gas & BMS.
2. Manage Design Questionnaire, Space planning, Design basis/ concept report in consultation with Electrical counterpart through the design team.
3. Develop/ review mechanical calculations and schedules.
4. Review mechanical design drawings at all stages and developing Specifications and BoQ.
5. Should be able to communicate effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices.
6. Maintain Customer focus and adhere to the “Quality & Time”.
7. Apply technical knowledge to resolve the problems and willing to learn new skills.
8. Coordinate with client and local authorities for the design approval.
