We are looking for a skilled Powder Coating Operator to prepare, coat, and finish metal products according to company quality standards. The candidate must have experience in electrostatic powder coating, surface preparation, and curing process.
- Prepare metal surfaces by sandblasting, grinding, or chemical treatment.
- Clean and inspect materials before coating.
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns.
- Adjust spray gun settings for proper thickness and finish.
- Monitor curing oven temperature and baking time.
