Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at Arco Turnkey Solutions Contracting L.L.C
We are seeking an experienced Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to manage all commercial and contractual aspects of fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure cost control, accurate reporting, and effective contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all post-contract commercial activities for fit-out projects
- Prepare and submit interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor payments and variations
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Review and negotiate variation orders and claims
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
- Track project progress against budgets and prepare cost reports
- Assist in resolving contractual disputes and commercial risks
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and clients
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of post-contract QS experience, preferably in fit-out/interiors
- Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC preferred)
- Proficient in cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Experience in handling variations, claims, and final accounts
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in UAE/GCC fit-out projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
