Contract Duration: 3 Years with all benefits, 40-Hours / week, 5-days/Week
Pharmacy Supply Senior Coordinator
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
Experience:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical company dealing with medication registration, storage, distribution & dispensing.
Expert knowledge & developmental skill in Pharmacy & therapeutic supply function.
Relevant supply chain management certification would be an advantage but not mandatory.
Provide guidance and direction for assigned Pharmacy supply management staff regarding day-to-day work and assess annual performance evaluation & competency for assigned staff.
Ensure safe supply of pharmaceuticals to HC Pharmacies according to the general rules of pharmacy, considering availability, quantity, quality, safety, time validity, cost, rational use, pharmacovigilance, etc.
Keep the services ongoing as per HCs rules & regulations for the best pharmaceutical care.
Updating the arrival of new medication with its unit prices and item profile according to pharmacy & therapeutic Committee decision to all medical staff.

Pharmacy Supply Coordinator
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
Supply chain management certification will be desired but not mandatory
Experience:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a pharmaceutical company dealing with medication registration, storage, distribution & dispensing.
Knowledge in supply chain function.
Essential project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
Ability to achieve results through others and effective time management.
Knowledge of Cerner medication system, Oracle or medication warehousing system.
Working knowledge of logistic software system (ERP).
