Job Description:
The primary responsibility includes planning, controlling, directing, and aligning with methodologies, as well as supervising all activities related to the management of the company’s programs and projects. This role ensures that these initiatives achieve the company’s strategic objectives and coordinates with internal sectors to guarantee that projects meet their goals according to the planned timeline and budget.
Job Objectives:
Review and evaluate annual project plans.
Monitor project execution with business sectors to ensure objectives are met.
Analyze portfolio performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management regarding project and portfolio performance.
Measure and analyze key performance indicators for each project.
Provide recommendations regarding contracts and engage with stakeholders.
Analyze human resource needs and recommend optimal distribution.
Ensure resource alignment with project and portfolio requirements.
Deliver comprehensive analyses to support the Executive Director in preparing reports for the CEO.
Monitor risks and propose mitigation plans.
Review and approve financial and technical proposals for projects.

Preferred: Professional certification in program or portfolio management.
Salary: 40K – 45K
